They were made in both wood and cardboard. The cardboard ones have about 15 pieces and were more challenging then the wood. The backs are excellent. I framed them and they look spectacular.

They show perfectly the condition. These are cardboard. Playskool Puzzles date back to the late 1950s. The wood ones had the fewest pieces and were the most simplistic.
