I did not count them, but the lady I got puzzle from said all pieces are there. The box does not say. Rare vintage 1988 city stroll jigsaw puzzle 23 x 29 number of pieces. Grand toys produced by american Publishing a division of the putnam group, uncap 87 i've searched internet and cannot find another puzzle like this.

Since the box doesn't say how many I don't know i'd they were all there unless put puzzle together. Seriously, the box does not say number of pieces.
